33rd Annual Salute to Excellence

The MCC Foundation will celebrate the impact of philanthropic investment at MCC and the brilliance, creativity, and dedication of exceptional alumni making a difference in the community at the 33rd Annual Salute to Excellence on Thursday, November 14, at the Floreano Convention Center, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The Salute to Excellence award will be presented to three optics visionaries, Tom Battley, James M. Sydor ’71, and Richard Nasca (posthumously), for their extraordinary support in transforming MCC’s Optical Systems Technology Program. Four outstanding alumni will be inducted into the MCC Alumni Hall of Fame, to include: Kimberly J. Gaylord ’98, Michael P. Mandina ’75, Sheila M. Strong ’98, Ed.D. and Tashanda D. Thomas ’06, PHR, SHRM-CP.
